TechMatchers provides a platform that connects Contractors with Clients. We facilitate the matching process, time tracking, invoicing, and payment processing. TechMatchers is not a party to any agreement between Contractors and Clients.

To use the Platform, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Users must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws and regulations, treat other Users respectfully, and not misuse the Platform. Contractors must hold any required licences and insurance for the services they offer.

Payment terms, fees, and commission structures are communicated separately and may vary based on your subscription or agreement. All amounts are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are processed through our payment partner.

[LEGAL_NAME] facilitates connections between Contractors and Clients but is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Contractors. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law.
